SIVA doesn’t expire, degrade, or forget. It can remain dormant even on long voyages. Nearly any problem a deep-space colonist could have, SIVA can fix. Just give it a directive, and it won’t stop until it gets a new directive. This sounds like it could be invaluable to Exodus colonists.
Welcome back Guardians. Today we are discussing the Exodus Project, including Exodus Black which was revealed as a crashed colony ship on Nessus in Destiny 2 and we will also discuss how this is linked to SIVA in destiny 2. This video is intricately linked to the Owl Sector, General Chen Lanshu, Malahayati, Rasputin and Clovis Bray, I have multiple videos on those topics which I will link below.
Also, My Name is Byf is also covering this topic so for another opinion on this complex story see his video, it will be the first link in the description.
As usual, when I upload a video I will be live over on Twitch, this will be my last livestream before heading to the US for Guardian Con, so feel free to come and joine. This is myelin games and I hope you enjoy this latest destiny Lore episode.
As we are sent out back into the wild frontier, into the European Dead Zone, we are going to find a place where there was a shard, that was discarded from the Traveler during the Collapse, so a piece of the Traveler is out there in the world and the farm is right nearby.
That is where Humanity stops retreating.
Welcome back guardians, today I wanted to speculate on how we reclaim our powers in Destiny 2. What you just heard was a quote from Deej during a PlayStation interview. Deej confirmed that within the European Dead Zone there is a shard of the Traveler, and I believe this is integral to how we reclaim our powers.
Before starting the video, I have a favour to ask. If you are new to the channel, you may not know that by day I am an Occupational Therapist and I am currently completing my PhD which involves people with Autism. One of colleagues is also conducting research and she is in desperate need of people diagnosed with autism aged 18-30 years old to complete a 10-minute online survey. The survey is about intimacy and relationships, an important aspect of everyone’s life. If you have a diagnosis of autism and are aged between 18-30 years old we would love your help, the first link in the description, is an email address, please just respond to that email and say that you would like to help with the online survey. I really do appreciate anyone who even considers helping out.
This is myelin games and hope you enjoy this latest Destiny Lore episode.
“The answer to that question is ‘no’ and the reason it’s ‘no’ is because we want to put the lore in the game,” “We want people to be able to find the lore. All the story is told through the Adventures, it’s told through the characters in the world, it’s told through the campaign and it’s told through scannables you find throughout the world.” – Steve Cotton.
What you just heard was a quote from a Forbes article about Destiny 2’s grimoire cards, or lack of grimoire cards. I had caught wind of this a couple of days ago, but the previous articles were a lot less definitive and I thought it might just be click bait, apparently My Name is Byf also asked the question to Luke Smith, and he also confirmed grimoire cards will not be returning to Destiny 2. I understand there is a “Show Lore” button in the game, but we don’t know how this functions yet. There is a fair bit a panic in the lore community at the moment, this includes myself, because these changes may severely impact the content we make. So in this video, I will give my opinion about the good, bad and the ugly of removing grimoire cards from Destiny 2.
ON another note, my website has been updated with every lore video that I have made (excluding collaborations), so if you are new to Destiny Lore you can search all of my videos at once. Just type a key word into the search bar and if I have ever mentioned that character or event you will be able to see the corresponding video, you can also read the script rather than having to watch the video.
This is myelin games and I hope you enjoy this latest Destiny 2 coverage.
Welcome back Guardians… can I still call you Guardians… anyway today I wanted summarise the Gameplay reveal, I have just finished watching it and wanted to share all of the main points that I could spot. There is a ton more to cover, however that will take some more time to go through the reveal multiple times with a fine-tooth comb. Without saying, this video will contain spoilers for destiny 2, if you don’t want to know anything about Destiny 2 click away now. After the intro I will leave a contents page so you can skip to any section you want to know information about, I will also put the time stamps in the description.
This is myelin games and I hope you enjoy this Destiny 2 coverage.
Welcome back guardians. The hardest thing about making this video was dragging myself away from the Taken King. I have learnt from previous DLCs and this time around I am taking it nice and slow, enjoying each moment and soaking up all the new lore.
Before beginning this video, I want to give a shoutout to Ghost59 and Paul Delgadillo, who are my very first patrons. Some of you have asked about making donations, to support the Desitny comic book and I now have a Patreon account for this. A donation of $1 a month gives you access to my weekly lore scripts, so that you can read them at your own pace or use them as a resource for making your own videos. $5 a month gives you access to jpeg’s of my comic book and I also have provided a Saint-14 screen saver. Ghost and Paul your rewards are now available, just check out the Patreon activity feed and thanks again for your support.
Today’s video will cover the story of the Last Word and Thorn using the new information from the Taken King grimoire cards. It will contain three parts, you can skip to any part with the annotations on screen or by using the time stamps indicated on screen and in the description. The first part will be a recap of the story prior to the Taken King for new players. Part Two of this video will cover the new Taken King grimoire cards and Part 3 will cover some speculation on Dredgen Yor’s identity.
Welcome back guardians. Before beginning today’s video please leave a non-Destiny related question in the comments, as I would love to do a Q & A video next week.
Today’s video will cover the first verse of the Book of Sorrows, most people are aware of the general plot of this book however I will not be revealing that until later chapters. The menu for this video is; Topic number one will cover the world in which the Book of Sorrows is set, secondly I will cover one of the species of this world, the Osmiums, thirdly, a brief description of the main characters in the first verse, fourth the plot line in Verse one and lastly will be the giveaway winner and also gift for everyone. If you are on PC, this menu is annotated so you can skip to any section, if you are a mobile user, the time stamps are listed on screen and in the description so you can manually skip to any section.
Let’s begin. Topic 1. The World. The Book of Sorrows is set on a planet known only as the Fundament, a titanic gas giant, with an endless storm and raging ocean. We learn in Verse 1, Chapter 8, that the Fundament houses trillions of inhabitants. It is also described as a refuge world and suggested that many of the species are migrants, with only a very subtle hint to what brought these species to crash land on the planet. It appears that the continents of the fundament are extremely mobile, tossed about in the raging oceans.
The Fundament contains many threats and dangers. Giant beings live in the clouds, known as Stormjoys. They have tentacles that reach down to the continents and try to lure their victims with light. To the oceans deep below, lie great monsters, they are larger than the continents themselves.
Firstly, thank you for the overwhelming support with the video comic book! As of this moment, it has over 700 likes and 0 dislikes, which is absolutely insane. You guys have spoken, you want to see a part two! And I will make a part two! You will need to be patient though, it does take about 4-5 weeks to make these comics.
You have done more than enough to support the comic video, however if you would like to continue to support it, you can now upvote it on the Destiny Community Creations Page, the link is in the description below. In the future, I will be looking for someone/something to sponsor the comic book series to help cover the production costs and hopefully make it a more regular part of the channel. Anything you can do to help it get noticed on the creations page will be extremely handy for getting a sponsor later on.
One final note, I have hit the bitter sweet reality… I can no longer reply to every comment. I usually spend at least 1-1.5 hours each day checking and replying to comments, however now they are just too many. Even so, if you do ask a question I will endeavor to answer it and at the very least I will be reading the comments even if I don’t reply.
Drevis, leader of the Silent Fang and Pirsis, Skolas’s second in command both laid imprisoned due to the efforts of Commander Hallam Fen, now Paladin Hallam Fen after ending the siege on the asteroid, Pallas.
Beltrik, the Veiled, Skolas’s chief Wolf strategist and Skolas himself are all that oppose the end of the Reef wars. Paladin Abra Zire had already attempted to capture Beltrik and Skolas at the Hildian Asteroids, however the mission proved futile. Beltrik now massed the fleet at the asteroid Fortuna, which contained organic compounds, allowing the Fallen to replenish the ketches’ ether.
Beltrik had learned of Paladin Zire’s fury and impatience during the Hildian missions and expected a similar head on attack at Fortuna. He deployed a defensive screen around the asteroid and waited for Paladin Zire to smash her fleet upon the shield wall. However, Paladin Zire’s fury at the failed mission had chilled over the years into an icy, clever resolve. She separated her forces in two, and engaged Beltrik’s veil with what he thought was her entire host. But in secret, Paladin Zire deployed her second fleet with a weapon the Reef had been working on: Carybdis. The weapon was inspired by the battle of Bamberga, where the Queen successfully forced Fallen forces into the path of an asteroid with great affect. Carybdis, is a gravity weapon that is strong enough to knock asteroids off course and the Queen intended on manipulating asteroids with devastating effect. The secret team used the weapon to catch asteroid Tinette in its beam and flung it into Fortuna, destroying both the asteroid and severely damaging Beltrik’s fleet. Beltrik was easily captured in the ensuing chaos, and brought swiftly to the Queen. The fight became known as the Fortuna Plummet.
Following the Plummet, one of Prince Uldren’s Crows received an unexpected message from a Fallen, by the name of Variks, of the House of Judgment. Variks had predicted Skolas’s demise and sought to betray him, selling information to the Queen. Variks warned the Queen of the upcoming planned attack on the military Fortress, Cybele. Skolas, was desperate and with few Captains and Barons remaining he personally led an assault on the fortress Cybele, capture of the military base was essential to his survival. All four Armada Paladins—Abra Zire, Kamala Rior, Leona Bryl and Hallam Fen laid in ambush at Cybele, and no sooner had Skolas’ ketches arrived at the asteroid, they were caught in the pincer grip of the Queen, witnessing the full force of the Armada, captured easily and with little resistance. Kaliks-12, the High Servitor of Skriviks, the Sharp-Eyed, tried to escape, but Abra Zire chased it down.
Skolas’ Cybele Uprising had failed. Skolas and the remaining leaders were cast into the Queen’s prison. Variks of the House of Judgment declared Queen Mara Sov the new Kell of Wolves, and advised those captured at Cybele to serve her. The Reef Wars were effectively over.
The Queen’s Paladin, Abra Zire collected her fleet after the battle of Iris. Whilst victorious, the win was bitter, she had unknowingly assisted Skolas by defeating his contender, Parixas. Skolas was now one step closer to Kell.
The Queen still sought revenge following the attack on the battle station Amethyst, where Drevis, Wolf Baroness led her silent fang to the massacre. Drevis fooled them once at Iris and the Queen was determined to not be fooled again. Prince Uldren’s crows made progress on the Wolves transmissions and was able to decrypt and seemingly unimportant piece of information, the House of Wolves had incorrectly calculated the trajectory of the asteroid Bamberga.
Paladin Imogen Rife was given the task to chase down Drevis and use this information to her advantage. Drevis’s fleet was too slow for the Queen’s ships and Imogen Rife was soon upon her. Rife’s team expertly coordinated their attack herding the fallen like sheep, clustering them in a central area, within the trajectory of asteroid. The battle appeared even at first, but by the time Drevis realized it was too late. The asteroid Bamberga smashed through fallen’s position with a cascade of explosions, Rife’s team well clear, already predicted the asteroid’s trajectory. Amongst the wreckage and debris, Drevis thought lucky to be alive, was quickly captured with her High Servitor Kaliks-4. The Queen’s victory was recorded as the Battle of Bamberga’s Wrath. Drevis and her fellow captive servitor were to be transferred to the Prison of Elders and where Drevis may soon question her luck.
The Wolf Kell, Virixas, is dead. Half his fleet destroyed and the rest scattered by the Queen’s powerful weapon, the Harbinger. 3 wolf captains and barons now fight for power to contest the title of Kell; Irxis, Wolf Baroness; Parixas, the howling and Skolas, The Rabid^1.
Irxis proves to be the frontrunner by acquiring an Orbiks Servitor from the devastation. Orbiks servitors hold permission over other servitors and are superior in technology, thought to be modifications of inferior Kaliks servitors^2. Servitor’s act as giant communication relay’s coordinating defense, offense and star flight, consequently Irxis wreaked havoc upon rival fallen forces.
Despite this, Skolas was cunning and had secured the support of another Fallen Captain, Peekis. With sheer numbers and desperation, Peekis lead an assault on Irxis, managing to pin Irxis’s forces against the planet Eos. The two sides engaged in the bloody, bitter battle known as the Eos Clash, which left Irxis dead and both fleets nearly decimated. Though technically a victory for Skolas, the Eos Clash came at a terrible cost for him. He docked Peekis’ arms and demoted him to Dreg as punishment for his recklessness.
In the aftermarth, amongst the wreckage, The Queen’s brother, Master of Crows, sent his spies to the battleground. It proved invaluable, The Crows salvaged an Orbiks servitor, Mecher Orbiks-11, Irix’s servitor, a servitor superior to all others, believed to be the last of its programming. It would surely give the Queen the upper hand in future reef skirmishes.
After defeating the front runner, Skolas turned his attention to Parixas, The Queen believed both were too occupied with each other to attack the Reef. At this point, Skolas began to employ his master plan to secure the title of Kell. In secrete, he ordered Drevis, a baroness, who controlled the Silent Fang, lethal, invisible and highly skilled fallen assassins to attack the reef and take The Queen by surprise.

Drevis, with her company of silent fang attacked a reef battle station known as Amethyst. They massacred almost everyone at the station, including Coven Leader Pinar Venj. The Queen commands seven Paladins that control the Royal Amarda, the Royal Army, Battle stations have a duty in espionage and personal protection of the Queen. One of those Paladins, Paladin Abra Zire arrived at Amethyst station to find the bodies of her comrades.
Paladin Zire gave chase following the fang to the planet Iris. Zire was foolish, if the fang wanted to remain invisible, they could of, they intentionally lead Paladin’s Zire’s fleet to the planet. Skolas had simultaneously ordered a separate group of silent fang attack Parixas forces, with the same motive, lure them to Iris.
Both Paladin Zire and Pariax had taken the bait and pursued the silent fang attackers to Iris. On their arrival in the system, the fang quickly disappeared, using Iris’s natural blinding effects to cover their escape. Driven by revenge Paladin Zire quickly attacked Pariax’s ships with great ferocity, not realizing it was not the silent fang. Her smaller, faster ships out maneuvered the fallen with ease and battle was soon over. A fallen leader laid at Paladin Zire’s feet, however it was not Drevis as she expected but Pariaxs. She quickly realized that Skolas had played her, used her to destroy his last remaining enemy and contestant for the title of Kell.
